What to Expect

• Unloading and accepting incoming shipments
• Checking delivered goods for completeness and integrity against the accompanying documents
• Conducting a visual inspection of incoming goods and arranging for further incoming goods inspections
• Recording incoming goods in the InforCom inventory management system
• Transporting and properly storing the goods
• Picking parts for production orders
• Providing materials and parts to manufacturing, assembly, and internal departments on time and in the correct quantities
• Continuously monitoring inventory and ensuring the internal flow of materials
• Assisting with the preparation of outgoing shipments
• Developing proposals for continuous process improvement
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse area and at the workplace

What We Expect

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable qualification
• Experience with inventory management systems—preferably InforCom
• Forklift operator’s license and confidence in operating industrial trucks
• Good written and spoken German skills
